RETURNS:

When shopping with NIXII, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

We offer easy and flexible returns when shopping with us online within 10 days of delivery or purchase.

We will gladly accept a return for a store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

 If you would like to return your item it must meet our Returns Policy:

• The items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging in tack.

• The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup or spray tan).

• The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder) 

• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned. 

• Gift vouchers are not eligible for return. 

If your return does not meet these conditions will be unable to accept your items and they will be rejected and returned to you. 

If your return is eligible for a refund, this will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the return shipping cost. 

Once our team has received and processed your return you will be notified via email. Please allow upto 1-3 business days for this amount to appear in your account. 

 Credit Notes:

Credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and will be emailed to you with a unique code to use online. If you purchased an item using a credit note, your refund will be issued in the form of a credit note. 

 Gift Cards:

Gift Cards are not eligible for return. 

 Full Priced Items: 

• Full priced items purchased online can be returned for a refund or credit note. 

• Full priced items purchased during a promotional period with a discount code are subject to our Sale policy and can only be returned for a credit note.

 Sale Items: 

• Sale items purchased online can be returned for a credit note only (this includes any discount codes applied onto the product). 

• Sale items purchased during a promotional period with an additional discount are subject to our Final sale policy and can not be returned unless deemed faulty by the internal Nixii team. 

Exchanges: 

Due to high turnover of stock we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have purchased an item but want a different size or colour, we recommend:

1. Booking a return for your item
2. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a store credit
3. Use your store credit to re-purchase the item

Please note that items sell out quickly, so we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be available by the time your return is processed. If you think an item may sell out we recommend you re-purchase the item before returning your order.

 Sending Back your Return:

A return fee of $15 will apply to Australia returns to cover the cost of the return shipping label and will be deducted from the refund or the credit note amount. 

International customers will need to ship their returns to NIXII using their own chosen method of shipping and be responsible for the item. We advice keeping a record of the tracking number. 

Online orders may be returned to NIXII Head office for no additional cost, however must be lodged online via  our returns portal click here and delivered to our office within 10 days of delivery.

• Our standard shipping times within Australia range from 4 to 7 business days.

Express Shipping:

• For expedited delivery, we offer express shipping within Australia with delivery times of 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Overseas:

Shipping times for international orders vary based on the destination:

• USA: 10 to 25 Business Days

• Europe: 10 to 27 Business Days

• United Kingdom: 10 to 20 Business Days
