When shopping with NIXII, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer easy and flexible returns when shopping with us online within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

We will gladly accept a return for a store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

If you would like to return your item it must meet our Returns Policy:

The items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging in tack.
The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup or spray tan).
The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned.
Gift vouchers are not eligible for return.

If your return does not meet these conditions unfortunately we wont be able to accept your items and they will be rejected and returned to you.

If your return is eligible for a refund, this will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the return shipping cost.

Once our team has received and processed your return you will be notified via email. Please allow upto 1-3 business days for this amount to appear in your account.

Use the credit to grab the size or colour you actually wanted.

One honest tip: Due to high turnover of stock our exchange procedure has changed. If you have purchased an item but want a different size or colour, we recommend: 1. Booking a return for your item. 2. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a store credit. 3. Use your store credit to re-purchase the item in the size or colour desired. Please note that items sell out quickly, so we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be available by the time your return is processed. If you think an item may sell out we recommend you re-purchase the item before returning your order.
