Faulty Returns

Our team quality control and inspect all items to the highest standard before they are dispatched. If you receive an item that is incorrect or appears to not be correct, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately by emailing sales@nixii.com.au with your order number and images of the fault or issue you have experienced.

For items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear, by accident, miss use or failure to use in accordance with the care instructions provided with the item or online may not be considered as faulty. 

 

A thorough internal and/or external assessment of the item is carried out to ensure the best possible outcome. If an item has been approved faulty (which may happen on the rare occasion) NIXII will firstly try to replace the item and if a replacement is unsuccessful will provide a credit note or refund where applicable.
