Returns & Exchanges
At Nixii we understand that online shopping can be hard. You didn’t get the right size or that colour doesn’t really look as great on you as you thought? We are more than happy to exchange or credit the goods within 7 days of you receiving your goods.
Returns should be returned new, unused and with designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
At Nixii we make every effort to display the garments and colours as accurately as possible. However as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
All orders are exchanged at the cost of Nixii. We will happily accept returns if they meet the criteria above, simply contact us on sales@nixii.com.au and we can send you the return postage slip to print and use to send the parcel back. (Please note that this only applies with full price items not sale items).
