Returns Policy
We know returning an item can be disappointing so we've made the process as easy as possible

*Be aware that if returning for a refund you’ll need to pay the $15 return shipping fee through the returns portal and your shipping label will be emailed to you shortly after.
Customers can return orders for either full store credit or a refund (to your original payment method), within 10 days of receiving their order. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.
Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, no odours, unwashed and unstained. You can find the full returns policy on our returns/exchanges policy page.
Please also be aware that any sale items, or items paid using a coupon code are seen as sale items and cannot be returned.
