We know returning an item can be disappointing so we've made the process as easy as possible.

*Please be aware that if returning for a refund you’ll need to pay the $9.95 return shipping fee through the returns portal and your shipping label will be emailed to you shortly after.
Customers can return orders for either full store credit or a refund (to your original payment method), within 30 days of placing your order. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.
Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed and unstained. You can find the full returns policy here.
What can’t I return?
Items marked as ‘sale’ can’t be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty
If you’re returning for store credit, we’ll cover your shipping costs. So simply book your return through the portal, select store credit, and we’ll send you a free shipping label.
If returning for a refund (to the original payment method) you’ll need to pay the $9.95 return shipping fee through the returns portal and your shipping label will be emailed to you shortly after.
If you have booked your return using our refund customer portal, the return shipping fee of $9.95 will automatically be deducted from your refund amount.
When will I receive my store credit?
Once your return reaches our offices, it will be processed within 48 hours.
If your order was paid for with store credit or a gift card, the return will be processed as store credit to your NIXII account straight away. We'll send a confirmation email so you know when your credit is ready to use.
If you’ve selected a refund for your return you’ll receive the funds back to your original payment method in 2-5 business days (depending on your bank).
Paid with Afterpay?
Once your return has been processed you'll receive full store credit for your return, so you can shop again straight away while continuing to pay off your Afterpay instalments. Otherwise, if you’ve opted for a refund, any future instalments with Afterpay will be cancelled, and you’ll be refunded any payments already made, to the value of your return.
