Express Shipping:

For expedited delivery, we offer express shipping within Australia with delivery times of 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Overseas:

Shipping times for international orders vary based on the destination: USA: 10 to 25 Business Days

Europe: 10 to 27 Business Days

United Kingdom: 10 to 20 Business Days

Returns Policy

*Be aware that if returning for a refund, your refund amount will be minus our $15 return shipping fee. You will need to log into our returns portal and request for your return to be approved. (see more details on our FAQS). Customers can return orders for either full store credit or a refund (to your original payment method), within 10 days of receiving their order. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.
